EVENTS CALENDAR 2014

Chapter activites are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. chapter members. There are three catagories of activities, all activities are identified as follows:

Closed events are those Tuckessee Chapter events which are open only to Tuckessee Chapter Members and one guest per member.

Member events are events that are open only to H.O.G members and guests as set forth by H.O.G. rules. (ALL H.O.G. members are welcome at these events, need not be a Chapter Member.)

Open events Open Events are just that, OPEN to EVERYONE, we want you to come and join the FUN!

If you are interested in becoming a Tuckessee Chapter member, come to one of our meetings on the first Saturday of every month at the building behind Appleton's Harley-Davidson dealership. We would love to have you be the next, "newest member", of the Tuckessee Chapter, Chapter #4894, Clarksville TN.

The 50/50 Rule

This "rule" applies to ALL Chapter RIDES.

The "rule" is simple;

If there is a prediction of precipitation of MORE than 50% the ride is cancelled.

If the temperature is below 50 degrees at ride time, the ride is cancelled. (The only exception to this rule is the annual Polar Bear Ride which takes place regardless of temperature, as long as the roads are clear of ice/snow.)

No need to wait for someone to tell you the ride is cancelled for these reasons. Just check the weather and if either of these 50/50 Rules come into effect, the ride is cancelled.
